However, due to the nature of international wire transfers, certain terms and conditions govern refunds and cancellations. Refund Policy

1. No Refund Post-SWIFT Generation
   • Once the transaction is processed and the SWIFT message is successfully generated, no refund will be initiated under any circumstances.
2. No Refund During SWIFT Processing
   • If the payment has been made through a payment gateway and the SWIFT transfer is under process, no refund will be entertained.
3. Refunds for Unprocessed Transactions
   • In cases where payment is made but the transaction cannot be processed by us due to any reason, a full refund will be initiated. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
   • If the refund process exceeds this timeframe, no interest or compensation shall be payable.
4. Refund of Excess Payments
   • If the customer inadvertently pays an excess amount, the excess will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
   • If the refund process exceeds this timeframe, no interest or compensation shall be payable.
5. Responsibility for Incorrect Beneficiary Details
   • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate beneficiary details during the transaction process. If funds are remitted to an incorrect beneficiary due to user error, IBRLIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or its associate partners shall not be held liable, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation Post-Payment
   • Once the payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Before Payment
   • Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to making the payment.
3. Cancellation Requests Post-Payment but Pre-SWIFT
   • If payment has been made but the SWIFT transfer has not been initiated, the user must immediately contact our customer care team to request a cancellation.
   • Cancellation in such cases will be handled on a best effort basis and is not guaranteed.

   • Processing times may vary based on payment gateway or bank policies.
2. Liability Limitations
   • IBRLIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or unforeseen circumstances.
